Hi everyone,
Ive just been reading what someones been eating on a ee day,( i only do red and green). and noticed for tea they were having 1/3 meat 1/3 carbs, 1/3 superfree but they were only having noodles and veg for dinner. is this ok to do or do u have to have meat and carbs at every meal? sorry for not explaining it very well... TIA xx

I don't think you do, as long as 1/3 is superfree, its up to you what the other 2/3 are.
