    Hi everyone,
    Ive just been reading what someones been eating on a ee day,( i only do red and green). and noticed for tea they were having 1/3 meat 1/3 carbs, 1/3 superfree but they were only having noodles and veg for dinner. is this ok to do or do u have to have meat and carbs at every meal? sorry for not explaining it very well... TIA xx

    You don't have to have meat AND carbs at all.

    The only rule is 1/3 SF, the rest of the plate can be anything!!

    I don't think you do, as long as 1/3 is superfree, its up to you what the other 2/3 are.
