Extra Easy

In the past i've been to various Slimming World groups. I buy the magazine regularly but am confused.. I'm of the old Red & Green Day school and now there is an Extra Easy one or something like that... Can anyone please either explain to me in plain English or direct me to maybe a thread on here that speaks about it? I've only joined here today and keep getting lost haha.

EE is exactly that-easy :)
your free food is all the free from green and all the free from red/original.
There are a few specific rules/guidelines tho:
You only get one HEa and one HEb on EE
Every meal must be made of 1/3 superfree fruit or veg(that's all the veg that was free on red)
Syns are still 5-15 a day, and you take the lower f the two values(altho all the directories etc now list values for all 3 plans)

You can do it however you want. Some people do green mon-friday and then EE at weekends. As long as you stick to the Same plan all day it's fine. The crucial part is getting the 1/3 superfree in. This is there to limit the amount of free food on your plate. One of the lovely members on here as a great website with fab recipes and stuff on and she's explained the importance on there-defo worth a look. Its called slimming eats
