Hiya,

I am in my third week having already lost 5lbs :-D
today i took a jacket and a can of tuna to work and was going to buy a salad at lunch as i am on EE. i went to get it but the shop was closed :-(
So i did not have my third! so do i syn the jacket and the tuna?! eeek help!

no you do not have to syn it just try taking some fruit so if happens again can have this as 1/3rd
