Breakfast: Fat free yogurt + banana + 2 black coffees
Lunch: Rice + stir fry veg and chicken (onions, bean sprouts, peppers, spring onions + soy sauce and spices)
Snack: 1 biscuit + 1 slice of nimble + 2 laughing cow light + 2 black coffees
Dinner: SW chips, ham and egg
Syns: 1 Biscuit = 3syns (2 b on the safe side) + 2 tbsp of extra light mayo = 2 syns

Total of 5 syns for today

Lunch: Grilled chicken, peppers, couscous and bettroot salad + apple + coffee
Snack: 2 ryvitas + 2 laughing cow light + fat free yogurt
Dinner: Chicken, peas, carrots + potato
Syns: Chocolate (3 squares of milk chocolate) but I have no idea of the syn value, + 1 tsp of flour + 1 biscuit (2.5 syns)
Don't know what the total syn value is but if anyone knows, please let me know. Thanks
 
Green day:

Lunch: Baked potato + baked beans + raspberries
Snack: Alpen light + strawberries + grapes
Dinner: veg sit fry (bean sprout, onion, peppers, pak choi) + melon
Syns: 2 biscuits = 6 syns

I just hope I am doing enough to get to my first goal (half a stone)
 
I do feel full on what i am eating as I eat lots of fruit all day but looking at some other food diaries I do agree........it doesn't look like much.
I finally realised that not using my syns was causing me to binge..........so I am trying to have a treat every day and not feel bad about it!!

i agree it doesnt look like you are eating much at all.....or maybe im just a big piggy,lol!!
and definately use those syns.....you are quite right in that not using them will make you feel deprived and more likely to binge.

Lunch: Tuna + lettuce + sweet corn + quinoa + Extra light Mayo (2syns) + melon & FF yogurt
Snack: 2 Alpen light + 4 laughing cow light + 2 black coffees, 2 diet coke + half a packet of crisps (syns ???)
Dinner: Boiled potato, bakes beans & 2 eggs + melon
Syns: Extra light mayo (2syns) + half a packet of crips (??? syns)

I am also very happy I didn't have anything at Mcdonalds with the kids and OH.
 
Today we had some familly over but I think I did ok.

Dinner: Roast chicken, roast potatoes + sweet potatoes (cooked with fry light) + broccoli + carrots + onions & garlic + yorkshire pud (3 syns) + gravy (from granules = 1syn)
Pudding: Apple crumble (3.5 syns) + 2 tbsp of low fat custard (1 syn)

Total of 14.5 syns

Lunch: Poulet basquaise (chicken + courgettes, onions, aubergine, peppers, garlic) + pasta + melon

Snack: 2 slices of nimble + 4 laughing cow light + grapes

Dinner: Homemade soup (potato, carrot, courgette, broccoli, onion, cauliflower + free chicken stock)

Syns: 2 biscuits (6 syns)
 
Today I felt like a change so I got the recipe book out and made something totally free and sooooooooo nice=quiche

Breakfast: FF yogurt + banana + 3 black coffees

Lunch: SW quiche (egg, courgette, peppers, spring onions, ham, bacon) + beetroot salad
The quiche was delicious!!

Snack: 1 alpen light + grapes + melon

Dinner: Cottage pie (homemade) + green beens + SW ice cream (yum!!)

Syns: gravy (granules) = 1 syns, butter =1syns, olive Oil (half a tbsp)=3, 1 biscuit=3syns
Total of 8 syns
 
EE day:

Lunch: Chicken stir fry + veg (carrot, courgette, onion, peppers, bean sprouts) + noodles
Snack: 1 ryvita + 4 laughing cow light + 1 alpen light + 3 biscuits (9syns)

Just about to have some SW ice cream which is totally free.........

I have decided to re start my SW journey as its much needed and tomorrow is the day!
My fridge is full of the good stuff and i have loads of fruit so I will be posting my food intake as well as my trips to the gym!
I have 2 months before my next holidays and i am determined not to be hiding under baggy clothes on the beach again!!
