Extra lean mince

Hi all.

Just doing research and prep for this week as I'm gonna do SF next week as I'm off work.

Reading the threads and the recipes people keep mentioning their using extra lean mince and I've checked and, as far as I can see, its not part of SF.

I just wanna check this is right or not. I've been reading through my books all weekend and I've noticed that baked beans aren't on the list yet nearly all the brands are highlighted green in the shop book, which means they are part of it.

Has anyone checked with a leader or anyone about this?

Hi there is a post on the next page called simply filling and on the first page of that thread there is a link that shows a list of food that is free on simply filling. Extra lean minced pork and chicken is on there but not sure about other types of meat.

Also baked beans are listed on the first page as free.

I've never tried simply filling but I'm thinking of it cos I'm struggling with pro points, sick of weighing and measuring every little thing I eat, I find it makes me think about food all of the time.

I have the Weightwatchers app on my phone and all beans are highlighted in green therefore part of the plan as is extra lean (less than 5%) mince xxx
