Hi All, Quick question please

1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil is "B Choice" or "6 Syns"

1 tablespoon of olive oil is also "6 Syns" Can olive oil also be used as a "B Choice" ?

Hi Lesley.
Welcome to SW and this forum.
According to the book Extra Virgin olive oil is the only type listed as a " Heb". I know that sometimes the book is confusing, but it looks that if you use olive oil you must use it as a 6syn item.
