I am planning to do it tomorrow for the first time because Sundays are my biggest struggle! Especially sunday nights when I feel the urge to snack watching strictly, x factor and celebrity lol

Will see how the one day goes before I decide whether to do it during the week too x

I agree flyingponymonster..... But I have convinced myself I can have 3 slices WW bread with salad mixed with low fat cottage cheese for lunch ..... Is that bingeing ..???

No definitely not bingeing, thats a healthy lunch. I understand totally what people mean about being able to eat free foods & not ave a portion control as such. The idea of sf is to eat until you're comfortable. If the food is there I will eat it regardless of how full I feel. I can eat meals now & think "well that dint touch sides" it's only about half an hour later I feel like I'm ok. I'm glad sf is working for people as some of us needed a change & something new, but for me ( like alot of people) I'm happy plodding along with PP x

It went ok for me last week ... But had a vino which I took off my weeklies ... Thought I could do same tomorrow :-D

when u click on slimming clubs, weight watchers, then all the ww options are listed, including Simply Filling, which is the older name of Healthy & Filling
