    Hi all,
    I mainly do EE on the plan and have done since it was introduced. I have become complacent hence the diary.
    Here we go for a start shall write down yesterdays.

    THURSDAY - Got up very late
    BREAKFAST - strawberries, grapes, bananas, blueberries topped with vanilla yogurt.
    LUNCH - supernoodles (light ones)
    DINNER - Balsamic Chicken from the latest magazine, paprika potatos and salad (lettuce, peppers and pickled onions).
    SNACKS - pink and white (3), Lindt Choc (6.5), tangerines, ham Laughing cow triangles (HEA), ryvita minis (HEB).

    FRIDAY
    BREAKFAST - Syn Free pancake with blueberries, banana, strawberries and grapes with vanilla yogurt.
    LUNCH - Home made tomato soup (1/2 syn)
    DINNER - Harvester yum yum
    SNACKS -
