2 weightwatchers wholemeal bread toasted (HeB)

Quorn Chilli

Quorn Ready Meal - Spaghetti and Meatballs (3.5 syns)

Afternoon snack - 2 packs of Velvet Crunch Cassava Crisps (8 syns)

Right... Back on the diary again. Need to stay focussed. Been (more or less, give a few pounds) maintaining my target weight of 9 and a half stone since I hit target, however I now want to set myself a new target of 9st.

Won't be going to class this time, will be weighing from home. Tipped the scales at 9st 7lbs exactly yesterday, so I will be a Tuesday at home weigher :) Got myself the 2012 syn free branded products book to help but obviously quite a bit may have changed since I last went to class in May 2011, so if you see any mistakes please tell me! :)

The I had literally three pasta spirals out of my boyfriend's pack of meat feast pasta from Tescos, so I'll count that as one syn! I only ate the pasta spairals, none of the other filling, but there was remnants of the sauce on it!

Was a bit nervous about the Quorn burger - I'd never had one before and when I took it out of the pack it looked and smelled absolutely vile, but it tastes AMAZING - absolutely loved it!

Tomorrow's my first weigh in and fingers crossed it's not too bad after my decidedly sketchy weekend and the fact that TOTM has just landed!

Out for drinks afterwards, had approx 5 glasses of red wine, 3 tins of Redbull, and 6 shots of Jägermeister

CONTINUED!

Have to be honest - myself and the OH went to the cinema last night to see Expendables 2, which was great BUT - I had a hotdog with mustard and ketchup, plus nachos with cheese and salsa.

That was approximately one hundred million syns

But I enjoyed them, and today's a new day :D

I have a feeling this will be a more difficult week because tomorrow is my last day at work for 5 days, and myself and the OH are going to a concert and staying away from home on Friday night.
