    felafel makes 12 patties.

    400g can of chick peas-4.5pts
    1 clove garlic , chopped-0pts
    1 chilli chopped-0pts
    1tbsp cumin-0pts
    1tbsp corriander-0pts
    salt and pepper.-0pts
    2 pita breads-2.5pts each
    2 tbsp extra light mayo-1pt
    salad stuff, what ever you like-0pts

    mash the above with hand blender/food processor and make into 12 balls/patties and fry using fry light until golden

    toast a pita bread and cut in half to make two pockets add salad and extra light mayo and three felafel in each pocket ( 6 in total)

    each pita, with salad and mayo and 6 felafel patties =6 points.
