Hiya hun, I wouldn't be disappointed. 7lbs is a great loss, especially as you don't have much to lose. Have just worked out ('cos I'm sad) you are over a quarter of the way to your goal weight already!
Also you might have had less water to lose than some people do.
Lots of luck for week 2!

7lbs is a great loss.......better off than on I say.......dont forget they expect you to lose around a stone a month so you will smash it sooner......be strong and keep up the great work.
