This might not appeal to everybody but i was trying to find a way to liven up the old flapjack! so i took a peanut one and popped it in the microwave for 1 min, it was absolutely yummy and seemed to take on more of a roasted peanut flavour and seemed more satisfying warm!
Tomorrow i was also thinking of trying something else, i am going to make up a strawberry shake and crumble a peanut flapjack into in and then freeze it in two cups to make some sort of frozen dessert, i'll post what it turns out like

You might want to get some advice on freezing your shakes, it might reduce the vitamin content as you are supposed to down within 15 mins of making it up. Sorry I can't be of more help, hun.

Yeah i'm afraid supa is right hun! Your not supposed to warm the fjs in the mic as it can denature the nutrients and freezing is a definate no no, i got told off for that one lol. Were surviving on so little as it is, dont want you missing out on any! xx

Thanks guys, i didn't know any of that, i find that the pharmacist doesn't really know a lot about this diet, so its brill to get the advice here, i have had a thought, i could always get half a pack of strawberry shake, make a mousse and then get half a flapjack and pile the mousse on top, it could be interesting or a disaster, but still keep all the essential vits etc, what does everyone think?
