FAO anyone who went to group today

I've got to wait until thursday to get mine - boo hoo. My consultant did say we were going to get it and talk about it then. It is available on the food diary on the slimming world website though.

I wouldnt say you need a book really, all you need to remember is that
1) you can eat any free original or green foods together & all other superfree foods (that are free on both are also free)
2) only one healthy extra A and one healthy extra b instead of 2
3) between 5-15 syns a day
4) If choosing food that are syns, count the LOWEST syn value

The only other thing it said in the booklet was, for faster results, try and include 1/3 of your plate as superfree foods
