I only get to the net at weekends due to my job. Everything you said in your post is true. I've been doin upper arm weights before exercise to warm up(excuse the grammer) but my arms aint gettin any larger even though im lifting heavier weights per arm. I also seem to be having to work alot harder on the bike to complete the 30 mins i'm allocated per night. I aint got a cold or nowt so why this happenin? For my alocated Dinner Its all protien based so I skip it and go for the fruit option cos its lighter on the stomach. Am i doin this wrong. if so please give me a food intake and exercise schedule that you think might work thankyou. XX:cool:
