It's a plan that consultants have the option to use if someone plateaus for a long time and all other attempts to get weight loss moving again have failed. it is very restrictive, can only be done under consultant supervision and is tailored to the individual which is why we are not allowed to talk about the detail of the plan.

I Am Jack's Medulla Oblongata. Sorry didnt mean to hijack a post, I just dont really like the secrecy of SW sometimes, I know they do it to keep people from doing it unsafely and also to regain profit but it just seems a little fight clubby. Hope the FF week works for you!

It's not so much secrecy as the fact the ff plan is tailored to each person individually(from what I've heard)

and it's only for a certain length of time, it could be abused if people knew what the plan was.

Depends if they've seen the film tho-I haven't and only knew what it was cos we were talking about it in work a few days ago x

Even if you haven't seen the film it's just one of those sayings. It's like you don't have to have seen terminator to know "I'll be back" is from it. :D

i never really get this to be honest ( ff not fight club lol) its hardly that secret when you can find the plan on google. I know its used as a last resort and my new consultant wont use it at all but if its gonna help someone thats stuck cant see the sense in hiding it really. As someone who has done ff in the past its hard work and not something i would openly choose again but i think we should all have the choice with the amount of money we pay to sw

I'm currently doing a FF and on day 1 as my losses plateud for quite a while did it work for you Hun? I just want to know it's definatly worth doing and that I will lose!!
