    hey everyone, i have 10 minutes in a morning to prepare and eat breakfast any red day ideas? i dont like fish and dont really want to waste healthy b's etc on bread. thank you

    Omelette with ham and cheese. Takes 3 mins to make! Or just a plain omelette, whatever you fancy really.

    Cook some sausages the night before, you can have low syn/syn free sausages with a poached egg or two (microwave the sausages), they don't take long at all. Or have some hard boiled eggs in the fridge ready. Cold omelettes are quite nice too!

    ths is just a guess but what about porridge what does that count as on red day?? :confused:
