Fast start

Just wondering if anyone has done this? Just looking through my discovery folder and found the booklet so going to give it a go as starting back today. Will let you know how I get on as hoping it will give me the boost I need to keep me motivated.

Yes I remember using fast start first time around, seems to get you into routine of using the points system, I think I'll have a read and start tomorrow as its nice and easy to follow! As I find this the most suitable plan to follow for a long period of time.
