Fat free fromage frais

Ive just started SW at home but I've been eating fat free fromage frais a few times a day as a snack between meals with some fruit. Say about 2 big dessert spoonfuls at a time but I'm not sure if I'm eating too much of it? Should I be thinking of synning it? Really want to lose the weight is I'd hate to sabotage it by eating too much of the good stuff?? I'd get maybe 2 and half days out of a 500g tub
 
Do you really need to snack between meals? If your hungry then I would just have the fruit. I know they say fill your boots with ‘free’ food but all food has calories and it’s easy to over indulge in it.

Some members find yoghurts stall their weigh loss. Carry on for a week or two and see what happens.🙂
 
Thanks for that ans that's what I was afraid of. I'll ease up on the yogurts for now

I don't know if it's just me but yoghurts never fill me up. I could eat the whole 500g in one sitting.:classic_roll_eyes:

EDIT: to say I have eaten the whole 500g several times in one sitting.:classic_big_grin:
