Ive just started SW at home but I've been eating fat free fromage frais a few times a day as a snack between meals with some fruit. Say about 2 big dessert spoonfuls at a time but I'm not sure if I'm eating too much of it? Should I be thinking of synning it? Really want to lose the weight is I'd hate to sabotage it by eating too much of the good stuff?? I'd get maybe 2 and half days out of a 500g tub
