Can anyone help because Im confused! Our Consultant recommended the Batchelore Fat Free Super Noodles (Thai Spice or Chicken Flavours) as they were low in syns, HOWEVER, when I entered them in the online diary they came up as 16.5 syns, albeit on Red. What is the truth??!?
The Low Fat Super Noodles are free on a Green, but not on a Red. You will need to syn them on a Red Day (looked online and the Chicken and Herb and Sweet Thai Chilli are 5.5 syns on a Red for 100g).
