Any loss at this time of year is fab!

I think I'm steadily rising this Christmas, I've no weigh in this week as it is cancelled (usually tomorrow night) so I've got another week now to try correct the damage done! I'm going away for a few days to Scotland for New Year though, so may be easier said than done......

Well Thought I would do an Update on my dairy as Its 9 Weeks today since my Gastric Bypass and I have lost in total 43lbs, Thats 3 stone 1lb in 9 weeks!!! "YaY" I am so pleased about this and I am feeling so much better, Even came off my Anti-deppresant tablets 3 weeks ago and feeling Great!!!

Weekly update!
10 week post Op Today and I have lost this week 5lbs.
Start weight 217lbs Todays weight 169lbs whoopppeeeeeeeee, thats 3stone 6lbs in 10 weeks!!! I am sooo pleased!!

Yippeeeeeeeee I reached another milestone today!!!
147lbs, A total loss of 5 Stone exactaly!! 70lbs Gone Forever Whooo Hooo!!!! Started 6th December 2008 I was 217lbs = 15st 7lbs and Today I'm 10st 7lbs, in just under 5 months!!
I am so so much Happier. Thankyou for all your support girls xxx
