Fat to fab diary & ramblings

Hi everyone,

Im new to mini mins!

I have probably been on every diet imaginable, slim fast, very low calorie, weight watchers & slimming world to name a few!

I am a massive yo yo dieter but i am determined as ever to finally shft the weight & believe me i have a lot to shift! Just under 5 stone! A huge amount i know but would love you to follow in my journey! :)

I have been calorie counting for a week and have had a 4lb loss in my first week which i am happy with :)

In my diary i will write up my daily food diary & my random ramblings!

I have been quite a bit heavier than i am at the moment & have already lost 2 stone, which luckily i havent put back on! really determined to start the journey to a thinner & happier me!

Thats awesome with the 2 stone loss already. Well done you!

I know how it feels thinking just under 5 stone is a lot to lose, but if you break it down into half a stone chunks its much easier to manage. I do that. I had 5 stone to lose when i first embarked on my newest (and last) weight loss Journey, broke them down into half stone chunks, so theoretically ive hit 6 targets already! Ive over half way there :)

You're definitely right!

Seems a lot manageable than 5 stone breaking it down into half stone targets! & congratulations on already hitting 6 of your targets - amazing!

No lunch today as i woke up late im afraid :( Lazy bum!

Making up for it now though with my baked crisps & options hot chocolate!

Well done Fat to Fab - your doing really well - tricky weekend being bank holiday but you have seemed to stick to your calories which is great!

It will get easier counting the calories - what do you use to calculate them?

For the ? calories i have worked some out for you
1 dumpling is about 133 calories
Gravy depends on how you made it - Bisto gravy powder is is very low in cals - about 9 calories per 50ml - homemade beef gravy for example is about 30 cals for 4 tablespoons.

Sex on the beach cocktails are 247 calories each for a 6.5 oz measure.
