FAT vs SAT FAT?

Right girls of knowledge, when working out the points for something, what do we do if the NI only shows FAT and not SAT FAT???

Half the fat and count that as the amount of sat fat, i.e if the fat says 6.0 the sat fat would be 3.0 x

yep just as its said, its half the fat...its never an accurate reading but its the closest you can get!!!

Thats what I usually do too, as cat says its not totally accurate but its as near as youll get for pointing
