hehe.. i used to be like that. i'd weigh myself pretty much every morning...! im definitely getting new scales. the pharmacy ones are alot lot more...! i'd rather weigh less than more i guess.

i missed you too much! i had to come back... lol
im ill in bed... got no company so i thought i'd drop in and bother you people! there will be more disappearing spells along the way, i have a very busy couple of weeks ahead :) meeting up with a friend who I havent seen since forever... so really looking forward to that... and just generally very busy!

how are you? hows week 2?
 
i am now going to get my fat arse out of my bed and do some zumba!!! think a bit of dancing might cheer me up, make me feel a bit better and make me a bit thinner! cant complain really!... have drank a litre of water already today.. wuhooo... considering it is only 4pm!.... since I had my first shake about 12 I am going to have my 2nd one after I do some exercise....

The last thing I want to do is wake up tomorrow and weigh 15.12stones! i will cry my eyes out and never get out of my bed again. :( dear god please give me a good weigh in tomorrow!!!! i deserve it after the week of sickness you gave me :(
 
thanx babe! ive decided that I am not going to count my tomorrows wi as part of my 4week challenge.. lol.. will start it from tomorrow.. :)
 
Good luck for your weight in and hoping you get better soon! You're just getting one thing after another :(.

My scales were about 4lb more than the pharmacy this morning (mind you that could be a wonky bathroom floor, if I put them in certain places I can lose a stone in about 5 seconds ;)).

haahaha... well i borrowed a pair of scales off my big sis once and it showed me 5stones!... i was horrified!
soph, you got that one right! ive had it all! just want a good weigh in!... i will update first thing in the morning :)
lookin at ur tracker i can see your doing good so dont even need to wish you luck!!!

purple angel you should try my current scales... they change when you step off and on again. dial needs adjusting every time.
if my pharmacy scales show me more than the docs then im sticking to docs. i could do with a pick me up!.. so i reckon an 8lb loss this week will be just perfect... hahaha

i think its a miracle but i have worked out every single day for at least half an hour this week!! thats something I have never ever done!... zumba was brilliant! was so much fun... my sis is home this week so im gonna do zumba with her which should be more fun!!
 
Good for you on the 1/2 hr a day. I already feel like I can up my workouts at the gym a little. Really enjoying it too. I must be mad.
 
hey its a good kind of mad!!.... We are really taking control of our lives and making ourselves healthy!... i think when I reach my target Im going to walk up and down my street naked ... hahahaha... thats if i dont have saggy skin!... lol
 
6lb is fantastic.... looks like all your hard work ( exercise and drinking water) is paying off x x x ) How far from your 1st of Feb target now?
 
thank you so much huni!... i feel a lot better simply coz I have stopped stressing!!! im so happy coz I was so confused about my wi... I thought I hadnt lost any... and I'd been on my period and ill and stuff!!! Guess god really is keeping an eye on me :) aaaaaahhhhhh
