Bars, Mix-a-Mousse and water flavourings are all from week 3 on ss.
I love the Peanut (like a tracker bar), the chocolate and also the choc/orange (tastes like jaffa cake bar). They are all divine and i would eat them even if i was not on a diet.
I think there is also Caramel, Cranberry and few others but cant remember!
The Peanut and Cranberry ones i believe are lower in carbs than the other so ideal ones tyo start with to make sure they dont kick you out of Ketosis.
