favourite free foods

onamission

this time I will succeed
I'm returning to SW after short CD attempt. I know of a few free foods on Red and Green days but would like to know more. I would also like to know of low syn snacks.
This could benefit loads of people.
Could you list your free food or low syn snack and its manufacturer, highlight red or green or orange if it's on both for free foods and leave black for low syn and add syns. If the next person cuts and pastes and adds theirs, then anyone could copy and print the list and stick it on the fridge. Hope this makes sense.

onamission, they're not that spicy at all. Think they are thai sweet chilli and are slightly sweeter than spicier if you see what I mean?
