February Challenge!!

    The way the challenge works
    You set yourself a challenge for the month, and then post on here every week when you weigh in. Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing.

    Why?
    I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by June'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! :D

    So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days).

    February Challenge

    Sparkle

    Loss to date = 62.5lbs
    (weigh day is Monday)
    February goal 4 - 6 lbs
    Week 1 = -2lbs
    Week 2 = -2lbs
    Week 3 = +2lbs
    Week 4 = -1lb

    Marie
    Loss to date = 3lbs
    (weigh day is Wednesday)
    February goal 8 lbs
    Week 1 = Starting
    Week 2 = ??

    Lissee
    Loss to date = 21.3lbs
    (weigh day is Saturday or Sunday)
    February goal ??
    Week 1 = -??

    Mini
    Loss to date = 71.5lbs
    (weigh day is Saturday)
    Start Weight 12st 12lbs
    February goal 9lbs
    Week 1 = 1.5lbs
    Week 2 = same
    Week 3 = no weigh in
    Week 4 = 4.5lbs.
    Total. 6 lbs. off!

    You can participate in this one can't you?? Won't you be getting weighed at the doctors?

    Or you can go to a local Boots, their scales are usually in a discreety place (usually).

    I would but I have NO idea what weight loss to expect. I dont want to set my goal too high and be disapointed. Once I see what Ive lost this month I can gauge next months *S*

    Okay that's fine... Just one thing - the first month is usually more then any other month, simply because you usually lose more to begin with. You'll still lose a good amount of weight though! :D

    Unfortunately I am weighed fortnightly so can't commit to this challenge.

    You can still join the challenge if you wish. It's the overall loss during the month that we're calculating. It doesn't matter if you get weighed, once a week, once a fortnight, or once a month. :)

    OK, well my end of the month weigh in will be 4th March .... and my Feb start weight is: 18St 0Ibs.

    So I'm going to aim for 10Ibs - that'll bring me down to 17St 4Ibs.

    Thus:
    Current Weight - 18st. 00lbs.
    February goal 10lbs.
    Weigh 1 -
    Weigh 2 -
    Final weight (4th Mar 07) -
