Had a small pizza and few drinks last night. Feel really guilty now. How long is it gonna take
To get back to ketosis pls?

It only takes me about a day and ahalf i restarted yesterday and i did a ketosis stick about 2hours ago and its strongly confirming im in ketosis although it varys from person to person some take up to 5 days

2-3 days, pizza is alot of carbs so deffo say 2-3 days.
