Feel so down :(

    I've Lost 1st 10lb but all of a sudden started to feel unhappy that I haven't lost more Seems like I've been on slimming world for ages this is the longest I've stuck to a diet I never feel hungry but I just don't seem happy anymore 2 days ago I was over the moon about how much I had lost but now I just feel like its taking forever! :(

    I know weight don't drop off I need to give it time but this is hard and I need to stick at it.

    anyone else felt like this ?

    Don't be down, for someone who is only on day 3 of a diet, so not lost anything yet, your weight loss sounds amazing!

    It it will be ok. Some weeks will be better than others, but stick with it! xx

    Its been nearly three months and you lost 1st 10lbs which is a great amount to lose in that time. It took me two years to get to target so you need to accept that its going to take time. Try to focus on smaller achievable goals so that the scale of how much you want to lose doesn't become overwhelming. I did a chart and marked down each half stone award, going down from one stone to the next, going down in bmi, club 10, and invented club 20 and 30. For every target achieved I gave myself a non-food reward. It meant that every award was only ever a few pounds away and reinforced the feeling of achieving something on an ongoing basis. All those pounds soon add up you know. Taking your measurements each month can also be a good way of seeing the changes that are happening to your body but perhaps not showing on the scales :)

    PatchworkPuss is right, you've done brilliantly so far, and you just have to accept that you're in it for the long haul, probably a couple of years, and once you've done that you can settle into a nice steady routine to get to goal. Believe me, it's well worth being patient for! Good luck. :) xx

    I get days like this, my weight loss gets really slow. But don't give up :) don't dwell on it. Do things to take your mind off dieting. :) <a href="http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/w6b1Jsh/">

    Thankyou everyone feeling a bit better now lost 2st and the last 3 weeks I've been only losing 1lb a week but I guess that's better then nothing x
