Feel weak, and poop

Day 7, I went to the chemist on Friday to get some laxatives, she gave me a syrup form, said it was good. I took it as stated. And now I poop, was feeling full and sick all day yesterday. And the same again today. I don't know if it's to do with the syrup or if I'm coming down with something right off the back of a cold.

I have just been to tesco and got some senna tablets, hopefully these will work as I haven't been to the loo since tues

I would try some probiotics, much better than any tablet, and natural

is the syrup sugar vbased? they usually are. if so you may have been taken out of ketosis.
