Feeling a bit different this week!

The first week i felt really low on energy, and freezing cold. Then last night for the first time i didn't want to go to bed at half past 8 - i managed to eek it out until 10pm! And for once i wasn't freezing cold... now i've either fallen out of ketosis or my body is starting to adjust, hope it's the latter!
