Have you got any low fat treats in. I know that for me when I am due on options hot chocolate is a god send.
If you really are hungry physically and it is not an emotional need then to be honest you are best having something to eat as if you leave it so that you get even more hungry then you are more likely to lose control or to eat less healthy options when you do let yourself have something.

Thanks for the reply, I really don't think I am hungry as I have just had 2 low fat wraps some crab sticks and a yoghurt, I have just downed to big glasses of water perhaps that's what I am lacking?
Everything seems 10 times worse when you are due on, I feel pretty weak so I may have a banana in a mo too....
I WILL NOT give in ;-) xx

Snack away if you need to, fruit or cereal bars, try to keep it low fat. Sometimes we just have hungry days and you just have to go with it. Drink loads of water, sometimes we have feelings of hunger when we are just thirsty. Really try to aim for your 2-3 litres in 24 hours, water is our best friend when we are trying to eat well!
