Feeling cold

Is this normal during the first few days? On day 4 now and coping with not eating and trying to drink 4ltrs of water a day but I'm feeling really cold all the time.

Yes Blondeone, its part of it.. I think its because of the low cals in the CD on SS, that does it. It will go. xxx
