Total Solution Feeling cold!!

Hi everyone, not sure if it's just me but I'm so cold all of the time, anyone one else feel like this?? Hope it passes I look silly in my cardigans when it lovely and hot out there

Me too! I'm freezing and desperate for the aircon at work to be set to warm up all the time despite wearing a jumper, my line manager hates me as she likes it cool. Thankfully the radiators are on today (set by the building, not by us) so I'm hogging the desk by one!Warm drinks on a regular basis are a godsend I am on green tea with peppermint at the moment, but going to bring in some of my bouillion tomorrow.

Absolutely freezing even when it was 21degrees last week. Cant imagine doing this diet through winter. At least there is some good weather coming and I'm gonna be like a lizard, soaking up the heat.
