Hey foo, dont be disheartened, if you look at my stats you will see ive had weeks like that too, you dont have too much to loose now & if you loose 2lbs a week you will have it gone in no time. xx

Keep it up Sarah, next week could show a bigger loss. Dont forget though that you dont need to lose too much, so it will come off a little bit slower.

Well done, 10lbs in two weeks is fantastic.

Thanks everyone - I went to the gym after work instead of turning to food cos I was fed up (I did feel like having some chicken cos I only had a small loss)
Feeling much better now :)

Don't, don't, don't give up. You only have 16lbs left to get to goal. As everyone has said on here, the loss does slow and people do have blips with a lower loss one week often followed by a larger loss the next. Just keep on going. Hopefully you'll get your reward next week.

Thanks - I'm defo sticking at it - I'm not making the same mistake I done all last year (been trying to lose this last stone forever lol)
Hopefully going to the gym will help?
