Feeling Despondent

    Ok - this will be my 5th weigh in and not sure if I have even lost a stone yet!!!!

    Weighed myself this morning and am close - might be a half pound off.

    I feel pretty c*#p. Thought I would have lost more by now. Ideally I wanted to lose 2.5 stone by the time of my hol - now in 3 weeks.

    Will be lucky to lose 2 at this rate.

    I am due on any time at the moment - so may be retaining water.

    I have cheated - I know - and find myself putting food into my mouth when preparing kids lunches etc.

    I am excercising every day - either swimming, walking and on the wii fit every day.

    My CDC is on hol for 2 weeks from Fri - so worried as my next weigh in will be 2 days before I leave for my hol.

    Just feel like packing it in at the moment.

    Kick me, punch me, anything - help! xxxx

    Its harder when your CDC is not around but we are all here to spur you on. Try to keep away from the picking and you will start to lose more.

    do your best not to pick,just think to yourself how much you want the weight off and picture yourself on holidays and how you will feel wit hthe extra weight off you,you could be knocking yourself out of ketosis,check and see if your still in the pink.
    id say you are retaining water due to your period on the way so thats another factor,plus are you drinking much water,the more you drink the more you shrink!!!!

    Don't pack it in .. you've done so well so far. 11lb is great.

    Yes it's hard when you can't see your CDC every week - but you have us ... use me as your online CDC and PM me if you have any queries and I'll look out for you to spur you on along the way.

    TOTM certainly makes a big difference weight wise as you'll probably be holding onto water.

    Get some holiday brochures and put pics of where you are going on the cupboards above where you make your kids tea - and look at them so you don't feel tempted to pop bits in your mouth!

    Think how much better you'll feel on holiday weighing less - even if it's not quite at what you'd hoped for. if you give up now, you'll put that 11lb on and feel awful on holiday.

    dont pack it in, stay with it. Keep going try and stop picking its only slowing down you loss think of your holiday and picture yourself looking fab :)
