Its totm and I feel so bloated, im drinking plenty water to try get rid but nothing happening and the scales just seem to be going up and up. My WI was on Wednesday and by Friday My scales were showing a further 3lb loss and now i seem to be 1/2 lb more than what I was on my WI.
I know its retained water due to totm but isnt it disheartening when this happens as you have to wait another week to see what you have lost. Lets hope I deflate today for my 3rd wi tomorrow lol.
Guess totm just makes us feel miserable anyways :( x

Oh lovie, know how you're feeling but, I promise you , it will pass. Take the battery out of your scales and fling it where you can't reach it easily!
It is incredibly disheartening when the scales show a small gain when you know you have 'behaved'....it will show a loss very soon, it is just fluids lurking around!
Hope you feel better very soon.

Good advice there, in future maybe when it's totm don't get on your home scales. Sorry you are feeling down but it does happen and not much we can do about it except push past it and wait for good loss the week after.
