Feeling Down

    I put on half a lb this week. I know it could have been worse BUT I tried so hard did lot's of exercise blah blah blah. And I'm just feeling so down. What's the point in trying I have missed loads of meals out with friends because they are matchsticks and can eat as much as they want without worrying. Where as I just have to look at food and I gain weight.

    I am going to the Dr's this morning to ask for help. Though part of me just feels like giving up and being a fat hideous freak for the rest of my life

    part of the journey is the ups and downs, I have had several times where I have but on 1lb-5lb before, but still hold on to faith and my believe that I can overcome it. And now I have lost 32lbs. Hold on to the positive, if you have onkly just started doing exercise or increased it, it will have an impact on your weight going up temporarily. Hold in there your doing a good job and unconsciously seeking help :) x p.s just saw your food diary, I would be a bit careful with bananna's as they can make you put on weight, maybe try different fruit :)

    Please don't give up, just look at your start and current weight and you know its possible, what are your favorite days red or green??
    You could go out with your mates for meals just keep to the red or green or save your syns for the nights with the girls, if you don't have those nights whats the point? ;)

    Dont be giving up, it is a hurdle not a mountain and it is very easy to work around it

    Post on here what your main concerns/issues are and we will support and help as much as we can

    Ref the meals out - i would never let the fact I am on sw stop me going on this. The whole point is you dont deny yourself anything

    Ways round it - flexi syns or steak and jackets, fish and salad

    once a month I always go to harvester with mates and stock up on the salad and have chicken breast with j spud and peas, with sour cream and always ask for the sour cream in a seperate bowl so i only eat a little of it :)

    you CAN do this, good luck xxx
