Feeling guilty about using some of my weeklies??!

I stick to my dailies through the week & use my weeklies at the weekend for socialising, eating out etc. If I go slightly over through the week, it's not a disaster, I just take it off my weeklies.
I have been on pp's for 9 weeks & lost 1 st 7 & 1/2 lbs, so that proves that using those weeklies still gives you a weight loss.
You are better to use them because when your weight goes down, so does your daily allowance which makes it harder as you get less points but you don't notice the 1 point drop when using your weeklies x

I think everyone does it differently to be honest. I don't count activity points at all but then again if I have to have a night out I'll do exercise to cover what I think I'm going to use (splurge might be a better word!). For me anyway, if I was counting them every day I think I would be too tempted to use them and I'd prefer the exercise to be an extra bonus to weight loss every week. I'm saying all this even though I'm only just into week 2 of my current stint on ww sf but I have been doing ww on and off for years ;)

There is honestly no need to feel guilty about using your weeklies - thats why they exist in the first place?! I use ALL of mine and I often use all my AP too and I _still_ lose weight lol.
 
i always use my weeklies , it's what it's there for and i want to be able to eat plenty when i get to goal weight.
i'm still on the old 29pp a day and all my weeklies and still losing :D
i rarely use my AP'S though.
 
I don't use my weeklies - but I am on 30 points. That may change as I move down! Already gone from 32 down to 30 and starting to feel the strain.
 
Just thought I would share this with you all...my OH keeps calling my weekly points 'weekend points' i.e. you can have a beer cos you've still got your weekend points haven't you? Lol! It makes me laugh every time he says it, but I suppose I do use most of them on a weekend :D
 
Haha that's good.. Think I may think of mine as weekend points... Use them as a reward for if I lose weight on weigh day Friday! :)

I like the thinking about them as Weekend Points :D Very clever.

That feeling of guilt is REALLY hard to shift isn't it? I am on 31 dailies and felt bad when I used 9 weeklies on my first day but today I have stayed within my daily limit and have not needed to use any weeklies.
 
Iv used 4pp extra today and feel bad do I'm guna have 2pp less for the next 2 days! Lol... I can't help it...

You can't! They are there to be used as an added bonus. You should always eat all you dailies and if you're worried just don't have any more weeklies. Ww still works even if you eat ALL your weekly allowance of 49. You may loose less but you will still loose. You've eaten 4!!! You'll be fine. Promise :) if you're freaking out do a bit of exercise, don't just your points back. They are scientifically calculated to give you everything you need. Please don't deprive yourself. Xxxx

even if i dropped 2pp a day i would still be on 26pp a day as im on 28pp atm.... I know they r there to be used but i dont seem to lose that much when i use them.... so i dont usually only if i got a night out! ...
 
I didn't realise you were at that end of the scale! In which case, don't feel guilty!! :)
