its abit like if the scales said I'd lost I used to feel it was okay to treat myself, and if they said I'd gained I'd console myself :giggle: You are far from being alone loads of people do this x

OMG yeah, totally an emotional eater here. It's so hard sometimes not too. At least we're not turning to alcohol/drugs/self harming/etc
