I suggest that you don't weigh yourself everyday. This current gain may depend on your time of the month, time of the day, whether you had water to drink prior to getting on the scales etc. If you stay 100% even with the odd blip I assure you, you will easily lose in excess of 3 Ibs every week. According to Lipotrim, a woman can lose up to 1 stone a month.
Just relax in the knowledge that you will lose up to 1 stone a month, any more is a bonus.
I used to weigh myself every few hours the first few weeks... don't do it, i can vary 5 lbs within the day! which is not good for moral. same time same place everyweek....don't weigh any more than that! x
