Feeling positive! set weekly small goals

Well im sure im not the only one but recently ive been feeling down! ive given my head a shake after receiving some brilliant advice on LT(ers) Im notw feeling positive, i dare say i'll end up negative again but ive learnt to realise that is part of the side effects! and lets face it the weight losses outway any side effects!

I am from now on going to take it week by week, rather than looking at my man goal of 2 stone 10ibs loss im going to aim to get to the next weigh in day and onwards!

oh and another thing, im not feeling the cold as much this week, so glad its warming up abit! :)
 
Glad ur feeling a bit better I'm defo with u a week at a time no set weight goal what I can do I can do...:)
 
I agree with you - thinking week by week is the only way to get through this. I keep thinking that i've gotten myself into this mess over many years so I need a few months of work to rectify it. xx
