Well I've said all week I felt sick and thought I had a chest infection, well yesterday was just horrible I felt so bad. Every time I breathed in you could hear my chest wheeze and rattle and the pressure pain in my head was (is) bl**dy awful --- so I took myself off to the doctors who said that I've got a chest infection in the left side of my chest but my right is clear.
They've given me some antibiotics so hopefully I'll soon start to feel better.
Got to be honest though and say that yesterday I did feel that bad I didn't eat anything (think that's a first in my life!), however today I will remain on track and make sure that I get the 3 packs inside of me.
Can handle the chest it's just the pain in my head that's wiping me out and making me feel sick.
