Feeling Sick - Need some Advice

S: 14st3lb C: 12st3lb G: 9st4lb Loss: 2st0lb(14.07%)
Well, I am now halfway through my 8th week, but I have a constant feeling of sickness.

I am struggling with the bars and now the soups they are making me feel even worse. I can just cope with the Choc Mint Shakes but it does not make me feel any better.

I am keeping up with the water but now this does not seem to help at the moment. Is there anything that I can do?

I have lost 2 stone already and I really want to loose another 2 - 2 1/2 but the way I am feeling at the moment I am not sure that I can do it.

Any advice is welcome. Thanks :sign0137:

Not sure I can really help as haven't experienced this, but why not think about moving up to the 810 plan? That way you'd be eating less CD products and introducing some real food again? Might just be enough to help you through.

Well done on getting this far though!

This is probably due to the high concentration of minerals in the packs, it can make some feel a bit sick. As cd provides 100 percent nutrition in just 3 packs a day, the vitamin and mineral content is fairly concentrated. To dilute the minerals to a more confortable level keep drinking plenty of water, especially before taking the diet. You may find that splitting the packs in half (i.e) having 6 small meals a day rather than 3 will help with the nausea.
