I've spent most of the day at the hospital after tearing my lower back muscles lifting a treadmill.

even paracetamol, ibuprofen and 30mgs of codeine together aren't even touching the pain :(

really wanna just say ah sod it gimme some comfort food....but seen as i can't go jogging like i normally do....it's even more important to stick to this while 80 year olds could over take me with my shuffling along :(

aww hunny sending a big hug your way! Please be careful with the lack of food with all those pain killers, you shouldn't take ibuprofen and 30mgs of codeine on an empty tummy, it can cause all sorts of problems. Maybe do step up on the plan your healthy is more important xxx

You will need the food to help repair the muscles that you have damaged, you really do need to go up a level and add the 400 cal meal, it will also be good while you are taking the painkillers as they can damage your stomach lining. Hope you feel better really quickly xx

agree with the above....up your cals with a protein based meal (no carbs and you won't do any damage to your weight loss, other than slow it temporarily) and protect your tummy lining - Ibuprofen can cause ulcers in the lining if you take on an empty stomach. Be careful, and look after you! You need to get better soon!!!!
