Feeling Thirsty

My pharmacist advised me no more than 4 litres too im afraid!

Thanks for the replies everyone. I had read that warning on the bag and had drank well over 2 litres of water by the time I had posted. I was worried if I went over the 4litres just because the chicken soup made me so thirsty. My mouth still feels quite dry but that's probably because I'm not producing saliva (not eating you know!) lol..
