Fell off the wagon...!

Was doing so well then fell of the wagon at a bar b q yesterday.... Yummy food and wine! Now scared to go to my weigh in tomorrow and am feeling uninspired..... HELP XX
 
I've been in that situation a fair few times, just get straight back into it and try and limit the damage, easier said than done I know. You have nothing to lose by going and lots to gain, your group can help with solutions etc, and a day later it may not be as bad as you thought x
 
same :( I hate my self for it as well tried really hard until the weekend hit!

Didn't even have anything planned just one of those stressful work weeks and ended up sending the other half to the Chinese for crispy duck and all the trimmings....

Weigh in is on Wednesday for me and been back on it 100% today and will be until then! Hopefully wont be too bad! :fingerscrossed:
 
I agree about the weekends I do really well all week and go downhill at the weekends, I know they are killers so why don't I plan better? I will learn. Going to a party next weekend so I will give planning those days ago, and see what happens xxxx
