feta cheese

Hi , has anyone got any ideas as to what else apart from salads i could use feta cheese in ? Its the first time I've tried it so i don't know if it melts so i could use it in a pasta dish ?

Hi, one simple meal that I love to eat is roasted vegetables with feta cheese. I usually have peppers, aubergine, sweet potato, courgette, tomatoes and parsnip and then I add the feta cheese for the last 5mins. I only need to point the parsnip, sweet potato and the feta so it can be quite filling and low pro points

Feta with spicy lentils is nice, a few more pp though
