I'm starting herbalife and just wanted to know...
1. Can you use soya milk instead of normal milk?
2. If you use normal milk which do you use skimmed, semi skimmed or whole?
3. How much milk to shakes do you use?
4. Do you have to have to have snacks in between?
5. How many times a day should you have the herbal tea?
6. How long does the shake tub generally tend to last?

1. Yes
2. I use skimmed but think semi-skimmed is recommended more
3. 250ml
4. Dont think its mandatory, I generally snack on fruit and nuts.
5. Ive only tried it once but read somewhere that someone drinks it 3 times a day
6. 10 days if u use the correct amount per serving
