fibre clear what are your views??

ive been give a sachet of fiber clear today due to last weeks problems as anyone else had this and as anyone had any side effects such as belly ache or made things worse i just want to know before i use this stuff !! thank you xx

i was worried in case i got constipated so took it for a week but made no diference at all! if i feel like i havent been for ages i take a dulcolax and that does the trick!

Fibre clear is to just make it soft it isnt a laxative. If ure having bad problems duxolax is good x

i hadnt gone for 2weeks so i got some movicol from the pharmacy (were allowed that) and had gone within a few hours, been fine since! xx

hi, how long did it take to work? and does it make it softer?

fibreclear does nothing for me i still get constipated which i think is the only downside to this diet.
